Sankofa Men's Bible Study Series Phase 1

“Rediscover the Christ. Reclaim your Identity. Rise in Purpose.” This dynamic Bible study series takes African American men on a journey through the Gospel of John to rediscover Jesus—and in doing so, reclaim their identity, purpose, and power. Rooted in the Sankofa principle of “go back and get it,” this study helps men reflect on their past, confront present realities, and move forward with spiritual clarity. Each session explores who Jesus is—not just theologically, but personally. Jesus shows up in John’s Gospel as the One who sees, heals, restores, and calls us by name. This isn’t about religion—it’s about relationship. It’s about seeing Jesus clearly so we can see ourselves rightly—as sons, leaders, and world-changers.
